The Archbishop Michele Castoro of Manfredonia, Vieste, and San Giovanni Rotondo announced the date of the transfer of the body of St Pio of Pietrelcina from the old crypt of the shrine "Santa Maria delle Grazie" to the lower church "San Pio da Pietrelcina": 19. April 2010.
